Kevin Bassi

Kevin Bassi has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Personal Banker at Chase. In 2011, they became a Real Estate Financial Analyst at The Buzz Oates Group of Companies until 2012. Kevin then joined CalSTRS as an Investment Officer - Real Estate from 2012 to 2017. Following that, from 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at LACERA. Currently, Kevin is the Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Griffis Residential starting from January 2022.

Kevin Bassi has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from California State University, Stanislaus. Kevin also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
