Adrian Coulter currently serves as the Regional Culinary Director for Europe at Griffith Foods, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Adrian was with Kerry for over 25 years, serving as Culinary Director for the Foodservice division, where responsibilities included bridging the Foodservice Commercial Channel and the Research, Development and Application function. Other notable positions at Kerry included Head of Innovation & Applications for Global Accounts and Foodservice in Europe, Business Development Chef for Foodservice, and Senior Development Chef for Retail Ready Meals. Earlier in Adrian's career, roles included Executive Chef at Wentbridge House Limited and Weetwood Hall, spanning from 1992 to 2000. Adrian's formal education was completed at Bradford College and Beckfoot Grammar School.
