Armando Zea

Armando Zea possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, currently serving as the Infrastructure and OPS Manager for Central and South America at Griffith Foods since January 2019. In this role, Armando is accountable for the infrastructure portfolio and has led a significant wireless infrastructure improvement project across Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Panama, enhancing factory performance and warehouse optimization. Previously, Armando worked as a Consultant at Commitment and as the Customer Service Manager at Cofersa Hardware Wholesalers, where Armando reduced unattended calls significantly. Armando's background includes positions as Gerente de infraestructura and Jefe de Tecnología at Mayores a Blohm Group Company, as well as Coordinador de Tecnología for Costa Rica at Ferretería EPA. Armando holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica and is pursuing a Master's degree in Innovation Management at Universidad Nacional. Additional education includes specializations in Project Management from Aden Business School and Saint Vincent College.
