Kevin F. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan has been a Director since 2013. Mr. Sullivan is a Managing Director at MidOcean Credit Partners, a private investment firm that specializes in U.S. hedge fund investments. Prior to joining MidOcean in 2013, Mr. Sullivan was a Managing Director with Deutsche Bank, and a predecessor bank, Bankers Trust, from 1980 until November 2012. Mr. Sullivan held positions of increasing responsibility over his 32 years at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, including Global Head for Loan Sales, Trading and Capital Markets; Head of Leveraged Finance – Asia; and last serving as Group Head for Asset Based Lending. He was also a member of the Capital Commitments Committee from 2002 to 2012 and a member of the Equity Investments Committee from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Sullivan serves on the Board of Directors of Studio City International Holdings Limited (NYSE:MSC).
