Jia-Ann Hauptman

Jia-Ann Hauptman, MBA, is an accomplished executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President of Biopharma Sales at Grifols since April 2011. With a focus on patient-centric sales strategies and full accountability for the field organization, Jia-Ann leads a comprehensive team that includes Area Business Directors and Market Development Directors. Previous roles include Senior Area Business Director and Area Sales Director, where Jia-Ann successfully built teams and exceeded sales goals across various therapeutic areas. A proven leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing, Jia-Ann further honed skills at JSJ Pharmaceuticals and Biogen, where critical roles involved training and expanding sales forces. An early career at AstraZeneca and UC Irvine provided a strong foundation in psychiatric and neurological research. Jia-Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC Irvine, along with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
