Matthew Butler

Matthew Butler is Vice-President of Sales for Kentucky Equine Research. He brings more than two decades of experience to this position, having served several leading horse feed and specialty equine ingredient companies in marketing and management. His areas of expertise include feed ingredient technology, innovative product development, sales staff coordination, and expansion business development in North American and International market areas.

Matthew earned a degree in animal science and nutrition at Virginia Tech. His credentials include chairing the Animal Welfare Committee for the American Feed Industry Association as well as serving on several professional committees and business advisory boards.
