Sergi Fernandez

Sergi Fernandez has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Vice President Operations Spain & ROW at Grifols since December 2001, where responsibilities include managing four industrial plants and overseeing more than 400 personnel across multiple locations. Previous roles at Grifols include General Manager, Director of Production, and Responsable Area Producción Instrumentos, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and process optimization. Prior to Grifols, Sergi worked as a Tecnico Planta at Gutmar S.A., specializing in precision machining for high-tech sectors. Sergi holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has completed advanced studies in Finance for Executives at IESE Business School and a Master in Engiplant from UPC School.
