Davide Contini

Davide Contini is a member of the Advisory Committee, Head of the Litigation Department, and Co-Head of the Banking, Insurance, and Finance Department of the Firm. For over 25 years, Mr. Contini committed himself to the profession and has developed a high level of competence in banking and insurance law, both in Court proceedings and out-of-Court settlements, acquiring in-depth experience in the evaluation and implementation of banking, financial, and insurance products and services, as well as in extraordinary transactions made by companies belonging to Italian and international banking and insurance groups. He combines his extensive knowledge in the aforementioned specialized sectors with years of experience in trials, having also taken part in, alongside a professor and attorney Francesco Galgano, some of the more significant banking and corporate litigation cases. Before joining their Firm, he worked for major Italian and international law firms as well as financial institutions.
