Josè Maria Allonca

Josè Maria Allonca is a member of the Leadership Committee for the Grimaldi Alliance. Founding partner of Allonca Law Firm in Buenos Aires. Since 1987 he has been rendering legal advice on business law to foreign and local companies, in different sectors and industries, doing business in Argentina e Latam countries.

Josè Maria has a large experience in commercial-contract negotiations, M&A, and cross-border transactions, as well as regulatory issues. He has been part of the academic staff in the Fundaciòn BankBostin and in the Universidad de la Asociaciòn de Dirigentes de Empresas in matters related to corporate law. Josè frequently participates as a speaker in different seminars related to business law.

Josè also acts as director and syndic in several local and foreign companies, representing foreign investors.
