Luca Dezzani

Luca Dezzani is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Firm and he has been head of the Tax Practice of the Firm since 2004. He specializes in tax, corporate and finance law, and international litigation, in particular related to Italian and international M&A transactions, financial markets, tax controversy, structured finance, protection of savings, corporate reorganizations, trusts and estates, extraordinary transactions, and employee incentive plans.

Mr. Dezzani is actively involved in the protection of savings in major international defaults and bankruptcies, assisting shareholders, bondholders, and derivatives investors in class action lawsuits.

Luca Dezzani regularly assists his clients in international litigations, including for instance litigations before the High Court and the Court of Appeal of London, the Courts of Commonwealth Countries, Dutch Courts, and international arbitration.

Prior to joining the Firm, he collaborated with the law firm of Professor Dezzani and Ernst & Young.
