Paolo Daviddi

Paolo Daviddi is a member of the Advisory Committee. He is primarily based in the Milan office. Mr. Daviddi specializes in corporate finance. His background includes activities in the fields of M&A, IPO, national and international offers of financial instruments, and structured finance transactions.

He has also developed specific expertise in banking activities and asset management. Paolo Daviddi assisted some of the most important Italian and international financial institutions. He maintains professional relations with CONSOB (Stock Exchange Commission) and Borsa Italiana (Italian Stoch Exchange).

After graduating from the University of Milan, Paolo Daviddi was admitted to practice and became a member of the Milan Bar in 1992. He often participates as a speaker in conferences and seminars. He is the author of several articles on capital markets.

Prior to joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Paolo Daviddi was a partner of important international law firms.
