Christina Romano Kopp, PHR, has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in human resources and learning and development. Since joining Grimaldi's Pizzeria in June 2011, Christina has held multiple roles including Learning and Development Manager, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, General Manager, and Manager. Prior to this, Christina worked at Romano's Macaroni Grill from May 2001 to June 2011 as a Manager.
