Robert Rotella

Robert Rotella has significant experience in restaurant management and operations, currently serving as Multi Unit Manager and General Manager at Grimaldi's Pizzeria since March 2019, with prior roles including General Manager at Russo's Restaurants and returning to Grimaldi's Pizzeria. Rotella has a proven track record in overseeing daily operations, training, and coaching staff while enforcing company culture and standards. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Chef and Owner of Fire and Ice Bistro, as well as Owner of A Taste of Home Cooking, both focusing on restaurant concept development based on market assessments.
