Graham Bailey

Graham Bailey possesses extensive experience in management and operations within the food manufacturing industry. At Grimmway Farms, Graham has held multiple leadership roles since August 2015, including General Manager and Director of California Fresh Carrot Operations. Prior to this, Graham served as Plant Manager at Kerry from October 2013 to August 2015, overseeing a dual-site manufacturing facility with a workforce of over 300 employees. Graham's career at Dr Pepper Snapple Group spanned from March 2006 to September 2013, where various managerial positions included directing manufacturing operations and managing substantial P&L responsibilities. Graham's earlier experience includes the role of QA Manager at Cott Beverages, where quality compliance was prioritized. A graduate of Kansas State University, Graham earned a degree in Food Science.
