Chloe Tate started their work experience in 2007 as a Recruitment Consultant at Quality Personnel (Grimsby branch), where they advised individuals on employment opportunities and worked with clients to find temporary workers placements. Chloe also handled cold calling, developed relationships with businesses, and managed administrative tasks. In 2008, they joined Intraining as an Employment Advisor until 2012. Then, they joined the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education as the FHE Skills and Employability Manager and later became the LEAP Project Director.

Chloe Tate's education history is as follows:

Chloe attended the University of Lincoln from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Master's degree in Education. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they attended the University of Hull and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, specializing in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PGCE in the Lifelong Learning Sector).

Before entering higher education, Chloe obtained a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance from RGG Associates in 2015. The field of study for this diploma is not specified.

In 2004, Chloe graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Policy. Chloe'sundergraduate studies took place from 2004 to 2007.

Chloe's education journey began at Franklin Sixth Form College from 2002 to 2004, where they completed their A-Levels. No specific degree was mentioned for this period.

Aside from their formal education, Chloe obtained additional certification in Safeguarding Young People from Tes in September 2022.
