Nikhilesh Mishra

Nikhilesh Mishra is the Founder and CEO of Grinntech Motors & Services (P) Ltd, a company focused on developing a diverse range of energy storage solutions utilizing Li-ion batteries for both automotive and stationary applications. Under Nikhilesh's leadership since April 2018, the company has introduced products for low voltage applications, including 2-Wheelers and 3-Wheelers, as well as high voltage solutions such as cars, buses, and grid-scale storage. Prior to this, Nikhilesh served as a consultant at the Centre for Battery Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and held the position of Assistant Manager at ACME Cleantech Solution Private Limited, where responsibilities included designing Li-ion Battery Management Systems and battery packs for stationary storage. Nikhilesh began their career as a Senior Engineer at GAIL (India) Limited after graduating with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
