Jodie Taylor has held a variety of roles in the customer service and sales industries. Jodie began their career in 2015 as a Sales Coordinator at Shendish Manor Hotel & Golf Club. Jodie then moved on to become a Sales & Customer Care Manager at Warble Entertainment Agency Limited in 2016. In 2019, Jodie Taylor took on the role of Assistant Manager, Conference and Event Sales at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, Jodie Taylor has been working at Grip, where they have held the roles of Solutions Consultant, Team Lead; Customer Success Manager; Senior Customer Success Executive; Junior Customer Success Executive; and Customer Success Associate.

Jodie Taylor received a Bachelor's degree in Event Management from Leeds Beckett University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended ST ALBANS GIRLS' SCHOOL from 2005 to 2012.
