Shay Yahal

Shay Yahal has a diverse work experience in the field of data science, cybersecurity, and leadership roles. They are currently working as a Data Team Lead at Grip Security, where they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Scientist at Grip Security from December 2021 to September 2022.

In 2022, Shay co-founded Senior-it, a company focused on using data to analyze gender differences in tech careers and promoting diversity in the industry. They hold the role of Co-Founder at Senior-It, which they started in March 2022.
