Keith Adams

Keith Adams is an advisor at Grishin Robotics and a founding partner of pebblebed. Keith has also served on the technical advisory board of ICONIQ Capital and as a senior advisor to Grishin Robotics. Keith has also been an investor with Luminary Cloud and a technical advisor to Coinbase. Keith has also been an extended team member of Ubiquity Ventures, where they advised Ubiquity portfolio companies. Keith was also Slack's Chief Architect, where they were accountable for Slack's technical strategy during its shift from early product/market fit, through a period of hypergrowth, to a category-leading enterprise software shop while conserving agility and feature velocity. Keith has also been a technical advisor to Scuba Analytics and Bracket Computing. Prior to their current roles, Keith was an engineer at Facebook for 6 years and 9 months and a Senior Staff Engineer at VMware for 8 years and 9 months. Keith began their career as an intern software engineer at NetApp for 5 months and then went on to be a research assistant at Oregon Graduate Institute for 9 months. Keith then interned as a software engineer at SGI for less than a year.

Keith Adams attended Brown University from 1995 to 2000, where they designed and built Weenix, the tutorial operating system for Brown's Operating System Laboratory. Keith also designed and implemented the machine simulator for it, in the days before commoditized virtualization software.
