Kevin Hartnett

Kevin Hartnett has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Kevin has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Griswold Controls, LLC since September 2019, where they lead the company in HVAC technology for flow control. Before that, they were the Division Manager at Precision Resource, Inc. from May 2016 to September 2019, overseeing the production of fully finished tight-tolerance components.

From February 2014 to April 2016, Kevin worked as a Manufacturing Consultant, providing advisory services to improve business performance, with a focus on turning around and revitalizing manufacturing companies. In August 2014, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (Interim) at Brillcast Inc, where they streamlined operations and established improved processes and procedures to restore profitability.

Kevin's experience also includes their role as the Regional General Manager at Dynacast International from May 2008 to October 2013, where they grew sales by 376% over five years. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Triquest Precision Plastics, driving $59M in annual new business commitments.

Throughout their career, Kevin has also worked as a Manufacturing Services Consultant, Director of Western Regional Sales and Business Development at Flex, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CMS Hartzell, Inc., and held various management positions at Dynacast International.

Kevin Hartnett attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from MSI in April 2014.
