Norm Shearer

Norm Shearer is a co-founder and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Grit Digital Health, where the focus is on enhancing accessibility, de-stigmatization, and affordability of mental health resources. In addition to this role, Norm serves as CCO and partner at Cactus, a national advertising and branding agency, where leadership involves overseeing creative, design, creative technology, and production teams, with a philosophy centered on creating meaningful connections rather than traditional advertisements. Previous experience includes roles as Creative Director and Partner at Cactus, as well as positions in freelance creative direction, senior art direction at SUKLE, and art direction at McClain Finlon Advertising and Rhino Records. Norm holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.
