Morgante ⚡ Pell is the Founder of Grit, a company that focuses on making software modernization and maintenance effortless. Prior to founding Grit, Morgante worked at Google as a Senior Staff Architect, leading the development of infrastructure-as-code tools and onboarding products. Morgante also owned and developed web apps at MasterMade, worked as a VP Technology & Lead Product Architect at Some Spider, and was a Software Engineer at Business Insider. With a background in International Baccalaureate from United World College of the American West, Morgante has a diverse and extensive experience in the technology industry.
