Gretta Fiske Jarolimek has a diverse work experience in the medical and social services field. Gretta served as the Chief Clinics Officer at Gritman Medical Center since May 2021. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center from 2012 to 2021, including Senior Director of Physician Services and Director of Regional Cancer Services, Palliative Care & Hospice. Gretta also worked as a Medical Social Worker at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they were involved in managing crisis counseling services and sexual assault services at Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse from 2002 to 2008.

Gretta Fiske Jarolimek completed their Bachelor of Arts in Human Services at Western Washington University from 1997 to 2002. Jarolimek also holds an Advanced Certification in Palliative Care & Hospice-Social Work and a LMSW-29160 certification from the State of Idaho.
