Tom Bagwell

Tom Bagwell currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at GRITT Business Coaching, focusing on enhancing leaders' abilities to develop their employees’ potential through lessons in Financial Literacy and Leadership Communication Skills. With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership, Tom utilizes evidence-based practices from Positive Psychology to empower leaders. Additionally, Tom is a Lecturer at California State University, East Bay, teaching courses in Leadership Communications and Integrated Marketing. As the Founder of h3team, Tom integrates the concepts of Head, Hand, and Heart into Leadership Communication. Previously, Tom held the position of Executive Vice President at Peterson Trucks, Inc. Tom holds a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with a BA in Economics and History from the University of California, Berkeley.
