Stephen Russell

Stephen Russell is a seasoned professional in the field of integrated pest management and cannabis cultivation, currently serving as the Director of Integrated Pest Management at Grizzly Peak, the second largest indoor cultivation facility in California, since March 2019. In this role, Stephen has successfully developed and implemented an effective IPM strategy targeting various pests and pathogens. Prior to this position, Stephen worked as a Cultivator at Green Therapeutics, managing flowering rooms in a significant cultivation facility. Earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Master Grower at Silver Sage Wellness, where Stephen enhanced product quality and collaborated on IPM strategies, and as a Bud Tender at Alpha Omega Wellness, where Stephen emphasized quality assurance and customer relations.
