Rakhshita Dhar

Rakhshita Dhar is the current Director at GRO Biosciences. Rakhshita has also worked Roche, Editas Medicine, Flagship VentureLabs, MassBio, and Adjuvant Global Advisors. Dhar has always been interested in business and development, which is why they pursued a career in this field.

Dhar started their career at Adjuvant Global Advisors as a Business Development Intern. Rakhshita then worked their way up to Senior Director of Innovation Services at MassBio. After a few years in that role, they transitioned to business development consultant positions at Flagship VentureLabs and Editas Medicine. In September 2017, Dhar took on the role of Director Of Business Development at Roche. Rakhshita held that position until August 2021 when they became the Director at GRO Biosciences.

Throughout their career, Dhar has been driven by their passion for business and their desire to help others succeed. Rakhshita is known for their dedication to their work and their ability to build strong relationships with their clients and colleagues. Rakhshita Dhar received their BS in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai and their MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University.
