Glenn Oshel

Director, Key Accounts, E-mobility at GROB Systems, Inc

Glenn Oshel has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Glenn started their career as a Systems Engineer at Cincinnati Milacron Inc in 1986. Glenn then joined Ford Motor Company in 1988, where they held various roles, including Process Engineer, Section Supervisor, Program Manager, and Manager. At Ford, Glenn was responsible for leading teams and delivering successful projects related to powertrain manufacturing engineering and global assembly and test systems. In 2011, they were promoted to Program Manager, overseeing a transmission program in Bordeaux, France. Glenn later joined ATS Automation in 2015 as Director of Applications, where they supported OEM and Tier I customers with powertrain, battery, and component assembly projects. Most recently, they joined GROB Systems, Inc as Director, Key Accounts, e-Mobility in 2018, where they focus on electrification business development and matching clients' needs with technical solutions.

Glenn Oshel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech between the years of 1982 and 1986. Glenn later attended Xavier University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
