Haram Ishtiaq Akhtar - ACA has worked in various roles in the accounting and finance sector since 2007. In 2007, they started as an Audit Trainee at Horwath Hussain Chaudhury & Co., where they were responsible for leading audit teams, engagement planning, and review and finalization of assurance engagements. In 2011, they moved to Ahmed Fine Textile Mills Limited as Deputy Manager Internal Audit & Inventories, where they were responsible for annual risk based audit plans, monthly internal audit reports, financial policies, and stock count exercises. In 2012, they joined Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited as Accounts Executive Gr-III, where they were responsible for EPC contracts, analysis and reporting of actual versus budgeted costs, and transmission lines. In 2015, they became the Group Chief Financial Officer at MAAKSONS ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at GrocerApp, where they are responsible for managing financial planning and budget of annual $10m revenue, supervising all finance, monitoring financial performance and strategic direction, and leading the accounting, ERP, and development of Internal Control systems.
