Pierce Jones

Pierce Jones is a dedicated hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager at Komodo Dallas with Groot Hospitality since August 2024. Prior to this role, Pierce worked with Vandelay Hospitality Group as a General Manager and Service Manager at Drakes in Hollywood, Dallas from May 2022 to November 2024. Additional experience includes positions as Bar Manager and Front of House Manager at Oklahoma State University from January 2020 to June 2022, as well as a Back of House Teaching Assistant. Pierce started in the hospitality industry as a Bayhost and Bartender at Topgolf from January 2018 to June 2022 and completed a Food and Beverage internship at Four Seasons Dallas in 2021. Pierce holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2022.
