Mandy Scott has over two decades of diverse experience in customer service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager and previously as a Customer Service Team Lead at Groove Life since June 2019, Mandy excels in creating exceptional customer experiences. From July 2014 to January 2023, Mandy worked as an Essential Oils Educator with doTERRA Wellness Advocate, sharing knowledge and expertise about wellness products. Prior to these roles, Mandy accumulated extensive nursing experience in various healthcare settings, serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Premier Women's Health Center, Southern Tennessee Medical Center, Union County Hospital, and Crosstrails Medical Center between 1999 and 2011.
