Amy E. Polowy

Practices in real estate, mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and home retention. Ms. Polowy is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. She is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, U.S. District Court, Western, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York. Ms. Polowy presented Mortgage Foreclosures and the Automatic Stay at the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association and Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association 11th Annual Conference. Her community involvement includes the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Red Cross of Western New York. Amy has been nominated as WNY‘s 40 under 40 by Buffalo’s Business First and has been designated by DS News as Top 25 Women of Law. Ms. Polowy has been a licensed attorney since 2004.
