Rachel Sarnov Haupt

Rachel Sarnov Haupt is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in fund formation and transactions. Currently serving as Executive Director and Principal of Legal at GCM Grosvenor since June 2015, Rachel oversees legal aspects of primary fund investments and co-investments. Previously, Rachel held the position of Vice President - Legal at Siguler Guff & Company from May 2009 to May 2015, where responsibilities included legal reviews of investment documentation and transitioning to the firm's Legal & Compliance Team. Rachel's career began at Ronald J Borden & Company as a receptionist, followed by roles in operations and accounting at WestLB Mellon Asset Management. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Northwestern University.
