Tiam Azabdaftari

Tiam AzabDaftari has a range of work experience in the fields of real estate investments, business development, and investment banking. They currently hold the position of Real Estate Investments Analyst at GCM Grosvenor. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Summit Hill Real Estate & Development and also co-founded and worked in business development at The Imagination Tree Foundation. They have also gained experience through various internships, including roles as a Real Estate Intern at Rosewood Realty Group, an Investment Banking Intern at Clearsight Advisors, and as a Real Estate Investment Summer Analyst at GCM Grosvenor. Their internship experiences involved responsibilities such as conducting research on potential mergers and acquisitions, creating pitch presentations, and researching investment consulting.

From 2006 to 2019, Tiam attended Flint Hill School, where they obtained their High School Diploma.

In 2019, Tiam enrolled at NYU Stern School of Business and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. They successfully completed this degree in 2022.

Simultaneously, in the same year, Tiam also began their Master of Science degree in Accounting at NYU Stern School of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2023.

In terms of additional certifications, Tiam obtained the VITA/TCE Certification from the Internal Revenue Service in January 2021, and the Real Estate Salesperson certification from Oxford Property Group in December 2020.
