Jennifer Eskildsen has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jennifer is currently working as the Vice President, Co-Investment at Grosvenor since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Bonfire from October 2019. Jennifer has also held positions at Carmel Partners as the Vice President of Capital Markets/Capital Finance from an unknown start date to 2018. During their time at Carmel Partners, they demonstrated strategic leadership skills, developed marketing materials and strategies, and closed over $2 billion in debt transactions. Before Carmel Partners, Jennifer worked at Acacia Capital Corp. as a Vice President, where they gained experience in multi-family investments, portfolio management, and asset management.
Jennifer Eskildsen attended Whittier College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. In 2020, they also completed a Certificate program in the Business Leadership Series at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
