Mark Purdy

Mark Purdy started their career at CBRE in 2001 as an associate. In 2008, they joined Grosvenor as an Asset Manager, where they supervised property managers and analyzed property finances. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Investment Manager, Vice President & General Manager, and Senior Vice President & General Manager. Currently, they serve as Senior Vice President, Investment at Grosvenor, overseeing investment activities and managing a large portfolio of properties in California. Throughout their 22-year career, they have been involved in over $1 billion worth of transactions in Canada and the US.

Mark Purdy attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) with a specialization in Marketing. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they enrolled at the University of Calgary, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (BHRM) with a focus on Tourism.
