Sean Wheeler

Sean Wheeler is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Grosvenor, where employment began in April 2013 as an Investment Intern and progressed to Senior Vice President, Co-Investment. In the current role since September 2014, Sean leads the origination and oversight of the Structured Development Finance (SDF) programme across key markets including Vancouver, Toronto, Seattle, and Southern California. Prior positions at Grosvenor include Vice President and Manager, where responsibilities included the management of significant funding programs focused on residential developments. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Real Estate from UBC Sauder School of Business, along with executive education in Business Development from IMD and Negotiations and Influence from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
