Tim Gore

Tim Gore is an experienced investment asset manager with a strong background in managing diverse property portfolios. Currently serving at Grosvenor since October 2013, Tim oversees a mixed portfolio of offices, retail, hotel, and residential buildings generating nearly £20 million annually, including notable regeneration projects. Previous roles include Assistant Director at Hammerson, where Tim successfully let over 1 million square feet of prime Central London office space, and Investment Asset Manager at HSBC Asset Management, managing a substantial office portfolio. Early career experience includes valuation and management roles at the London Borough of Southwark and St. Quintin. Tim holds an MRICS designation and degrees in Surveying (Estate Management) and Economics, Politics, and Law from reputable institutions.
