Sher Lokhandwalla

Sher Lokhandwalla is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and asset management, currently serving as a Senior CRA Investment Asset Manager at TD since October 2021. Previously, Sher held the position of Director of Asset Management at A2Z Chambers LLC until January 2022 and served as an Asset Manager at National Equity Fund, Inc. from January 2006 to January 2018. Sher also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science in Real Estate Development Program at Columbia University in 2014-2015. Early career experience includes roles at KPMG LLP and GRUBB & ELLIS, along with internships and teaching assistantships at Credit Suisse First Boston and Columbia University, respectively. Sher earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas.
