Josh Wilber

Josh Wilber has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Josh started their career in 1998 at Indiana-Kentucky Electric Co., where they held roles as a Senior Human Resources Assistant and Associate Human Resources Assistant. In these positions, they managed administrative tasks and built relationships among employees. In 2012, they joined Grote Industries, LLC as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for various human resources functions, including labor relations, contract administration, talent management, and compliance with labor and employment laws.

Josh Wilber's education history begins with their graduation from Wes-Del High School in 1994, where they earned an Honors Diploma with a focus on General Studies.
