Mike Grote

Mike Grote has over 25 years of experience in management and business development, currently serving as the General Manager for Asia at Grote Industries since 2005, where LEAN implementation and culture are key responsibilities. Prior roles include Assistant Plant Manager and Assembly Division Manager, and Manufacturing Supervisor, focusing on floor operations and process improvement. Previously, Mike held the position of Business Development Manager and Sales Development Manager at Morissey Associates, where credentialing software was sold to hospitals. Early career experience includes sales at Van R Dental. Mike earned an MBA in Entrepreneurialism from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA in History and English from DePauw University.
