James Olphin

James Olphin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and contract management within the landscape and pest control industries. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Ground Control since November 2016, James oversees pest control contracts nationally and manages bid processes. Previous roles include Operations Manager at TCL Group, Commercial Manager at Continental Landscapes Limited, and Landscape Manager at Tendercare Nurseries Ltd. James has developed strong client relationships with major companies such as Tesco and Sainsbury, and has held various managerial positions since starting a career in landscaping at Bell (Gardens) Limited in 1990.
