Its properties include residential properties, as well as commercial properties such as hotels. The Property Investment segment is involved in leasing of properties in PRC and Hong Kong. The investment properties include offices, car parks and shopping centers. The Financial Services segment is involved in provision of guarantee services and investment holding.
