Caroline Rosch currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Grounded Capital, focusing on operations related to private equity investing in growth-stage companies, real estate, and natural assets while partnering with the CEO to enhance strategy and business performance. Prior to this role, Caroline held various leadership positions at Reinvestment Fund, including Managing Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities included asset management and administration for a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) portfolio. Experience also includes roles at Deutsche Bank, BlackRock, and Property & Portfolio Research, contributing to commercial real estate investment, risk analysis, and economic research. Caroline has academic experience as an adjunct professor at Temple University and holds a BA in Music from Colby College and an MPA from Rutgers Graduate School - Newark.
