Joey Wilson

VP, Customer Success at Groundfloor

Joey is GROUNDFLOOR’S Sr. Director, Customer Success where he is responsible for ensuring users are successful in using and getting the most out of the GROUNDFLOOR platform. His team’s work includes making GROUNDFLOOR both engaging and easy to use and supporting investors when they have questions or issues using the platform.

Before joining GROUNDFLOOR, Joey led various customer experience, customer support, and marketing functions for brands, including Equifax, InterContinental Hotels, AT&T, Verizon, and Coca-Cola. Most recently, Joey led Customer Experience and Retention for Equifax’s consumer division.

Joey received both a BA in Organizational Studies and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Needless to say, he bleeds Maize and Blue.
