Shahzoob Bilal

Shahzoob Bilal is a Technical Solutions Manager at Groundhog Technologies Inc. since December 2018, providing technical solutions and business architectural vision to senior executives, while maintaining relationships with technology stakeholders and supporting project delivery. Previously, Shahzoob worked as an Engineer at the Industrial Technology Research Institute from February 2016 to November 2018, focusing on project reporting and implementing frameworks in Software-Defined Networks. As a Senior Consultant for 3D Results from December 2012 to October 2018, Shahzoob specialized in SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementation, conducting analysis and managing solution delivery. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineer at Myson Engineering Systems on a Mobilink PMCL project. Shahzoob holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor's in Telecommunications Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology.
