Candice Schmitt has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Candice is currently the CAO & Head of People at Groundswell. Candice was previously the Head of People Operations at 24 Hour Home Care and Team Rubicon. Candice has a proven track record of being an innovative and collaborative leader. Candice has led numerous employee programs and strategies in support of change management, reorganization, talent development and organizational efficiency. Her expertise is in team building and scaling, and leadership communication. Candice is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop long-term plans that are achievable. Candice is a strong communicator and is able to build relationships with their team and across the organization.

Candice Schmitt obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern California. Candice is currently an operations executive at an early stage startup with a broad range of responsibilities across accounting, IT, people and leadership.
