Lauren Stephenson

Lauren Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent management. Most recently, they served as the SVP of People Operations at GroundTruth, where they led the HR function. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of People Operations and Senior Director of People Operations at the same company. Before joining GroundTruth, Lauren worked as a Founder and CEO at PROFESSIONAL REBEL™, where they founded and managed the company. Lauren also gained experience in human resources at Media Assembly, Hearts & Science, and Omnicom Media Group. In addition, they worked as an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Coordinator at Solomon Page and as a Talent Agent at Heyman Talent Artist Agency. Lauren's career demonstrates a strong focus on people operations and talent management.

Lauren Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing Management from The University of Akron, which they completed between 2005 and 2009. In 2017 and 2018, they attended the Health Coach Institute and obtained a certification as a Certified Wellness Coach in the field of Health and Wellness, General. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Managing and Motivating Talent from Wharton Online in 2020, as well as Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace and Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from ESSEC Business School and Coursera respectively, both in 2019.
