Lynanne Gutierrez

Lynanne Gutierrez serves as President & CEO of Groundwork Ohio, leading the organization in advancing early learning and healthy development strategies for children from prenatal to age five. With a strong foundation in child advocacy, Lynanne oversees the strategic direction, operations, and policy agenda of Groundwork Ohio. Previous roles include Chief Operating & Policy Officer and various positions at Voices for Ohio's Children, as well as legal positions in several law firms and mediation roles. Lynanne holds a J.D. with concentrations in Children and Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Capital University Law School, and a B.A. with Honors in Sociology and a minor in Public Policy-Social Welfare from The Ohio State University.
