Tom Young

Tom Young is an accomplished architect and Principal at Group 70 International, with a focus on complex mixed-use projects, including high rises, resorts, retail centers, condominiums, and LEED sustainable communities. With a solid educational foundation that includes dual MBAs from HKUST Business School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a BA in History from Cornell University, Tom combines a financial perspective with a keen sense of contemporary design in all projects. Their extensive experience at Group 70 International since November 2002 has established him as a key figure in the architectural landscape.
