John DeGenova has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. John currently serves as the President of Group CBS, Inc. since July 2021, and previously held the position of Chief Operation Officer from November 2020 to July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Vice President at Anixter from March 2017 to October 2020. Before Anixter, they were the General Manager at Aetna Insulated Wire Inc from May 2014 to March 2017. John also served as the VP Energy - North America at Prysmian from March 2010 to April 2014. John started their career at Timken Company as a District Manager in 1985, and then held various positions at Thomson Industries, Kaydon Corporation, and Timken Company.

John DeGenova earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University from 1982 to 1986. John then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing at the University of Iowa from 1987 to 1991.
